There is no such thing as a good way to check for heart disease. Usually, heart disease is checked by electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and coronary angiography. Electrocardiogram can record the electrical activity of the heart to find out whether the patient has typical myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, and if necessary, dynamic electrocardiogram can be performed. Cardiac ultrasound is able to make a comprehensive assessment of the heart structure, detect and diagnose congenital heart disease, heart valve disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and so on. For patients with coronary artery disease, it is recommended to check coronary angiography, which can clearly show the lesions and severity of coronary artery and provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The above three tests are the basic examination of the heart, in addition to laboratory tests, these tests can initially diagnose the basic heart disease, the clinician will be based on the results of the examination to make a judgment, the specific examination needs to follow the doctor’s instructions.
