Generally, hematuria caused by stones is often accompanied by episodes of renal colic, but of course, there are some kidney stones that may cause painless hematuria of the naked eye. However, painless hematuria is a characteristic clinical symptom of urinary tract tumor. When patients present with painless meatus hematuria, it is important to improve the urological ultrasound as well as CT examination, and even cystoscopy is needed. The diagnosis should not be missed simply because of the satisfaction of stone diagnosis. Because the risk of tumor is much higher than that of stones, when patients present with painless carnitic hematuria, they should be treated with caution and targeted treatment of stones should be performed under the premise of clearly excluding the possibility of tumor.
