What are the symptoms of myocardial strain

Patients with myocardial strain may have no uncomfortable symptoms or may experience weakness, shortness of breath, chest tightness, chest pain, panic, palpitations and other uncomfortable sensations. Patients are advised to take active treatment to stabilize blood pressure and heart rate and, if necessary, antiplatelet, lipid-lowering and plaque stabilization therapy to help prevent disease progression. Some patients may experience pain in the jaw and ear roots during the course of the disease, and the pain may radiate to the upper abdomen, the left posterior back, the left shoulder, and even reach the left ring finger. There may be some differences in clinical manifestations for each individual. If necessary, patients need to have further coronary CT examinations to clarify whether there is any serious stenosis in the coronary arteries at present.
