Can a pelvic malignant tumor be removed directly in its entirety?

For patients with pelvic malignant tumors, if they are in the early stage of the disease, surgery can remove all the tumors directly and there is a certain chance that the disease can be cured; if they are in the middle or late stage of the disease, it is not possible to remove all the tumors and tumor cells, so it is difficult to cure the disease completely.

When the disease is in the early stage, the tumor in the patient’s body belongs to limited foci and the cancer cells have not spread yet, at this time, if surgery is carried out, all the foci can be removed, so the possibility of curing the disease is also higher.

When the disease develops to middle or late stage, the cancer cells in the patient’s body have gradually spread, so even if surgical treatment is carried out, it can only remove part of the foci, but not all the cancer cells in the patient’s body, so it is difficult to cure the disease, and the patient’s life can only be prolonged by means of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other methods.

Pelvic malignant tumors are divided into various types, such as cervical cancer and endometrial cancer. Patients are advised to go to the hospital for further examination to determine the type of tumor and the extent of the disease, and then receive treatment as soon as possible after clarifying the disease.
