Does sinus tachycardia heal on its own?

Whether sinus tachycardia will heal on its own needs to be judged according to the triggering factors, and cannot be generalized. If the paroxysmal sinus tachycardia is caused by non-pathological factors such as prolonged late night, anxiety, overexertion, prolonged alcohol consumption, or excessive emotional excitement, it can generally heal on its own after removing the triggering factors and does not require special treatment. If the tachycardia is caused by cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency or other diseases such as anemia or hyperthyroidism, there are often accompanying symptoms, such as pain in the precordial region, chest tightness, shortness of breath, dizziness, etc.; anemia shows pale skin, severe blue lips and nails, etc.; hyperthyroidism has symptoms such as fear of heat and sweating, eating more but losing weight, etc., which usually cannot be cured by itself and need to be treated according to the cause. The symptoms of hyperthyroidism cannot be cured by themselves and need to be treated according to the cause of the disease. If sinus tachycardia is caused by disease, it is recommended to go to the cardiology department for cardiac ultrasound, or to the endocrinology department for blood tests and thyroid function tests for early treatment.
