Invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is one of the major malignant tumors of the breast and the most common type of breast cancer. In the past, breast cancer was often talked about as “cancer” and there was a lack of other treatments for breast cancer after surgery. There are newly added integrated treatments such as radiotherapy, targeted therapy, endocrine therapy, chemotherapy and Chinese medicine, which enter into the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer from multiple aspects and can effectively reduce the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer to patients and prolong their survival cycle. More and more breast cancer patients can survive with tumor for life under comprehensive treatment, and some of them can also keep their breast or perform breast reconstruction breast, and in appearance, the affected breast is more beautiful and has no significant difference with normal people. A large number of domestic and international statistical surveys show that 80% of breast cancer patients can survive for up to 5 years with effective and early comprehensive breast cancer treatment. Therefore, having breast cancer does not mean death. For breast cancer patients, on one hand, they should cooperate with physicians and not interrupt treatment by themselves so as not to affect the efficacy; on the other hand, they should have a good mentality and should not feel that having cancer is the way to die. Long-term depressed mood will make patients’ resistance worse and lose the spiritual motivation for treatment, and the prognosis will be worse.
