There are several reasons why the following wisdom teeth are difficult to extract: 1. The mandibular wisdom teeth often occur in an obstructive position, which requires removal of resistance and may require incision during extraction, while the general mandibular incision and extraction process tends to produce adhesions, so it is more difficult to extract them. 3. The difficulty of extraction may also be due to the fact that the mandibular nerve canal is close to the wisdom tooth, so great care is needed in the process of extraction, increasing the difficulty of wisdom tooth extraction and avoiding the impact on the mandibular nerve in order to avoid facial paralysis or nerve numbness. In addition, the lower jaw wisdom teeth are difficult to extract because the lower jaw needs to be extracted upwards while the upper jaw needs to be extracted downwards, so this position makes the extraction more difficult.
