Do babies get smarter the earlier they scream?

It is not true that the earlier the baby’s screaming period, the smarter he/she is, and there is no clear relationship between the two. Baby screaming period varies from person to person, there is no fixed time, most babies will start screaming around 3~4 months, some babies will start screaming around 5~6 months, and reach the peak around 6~7 months. However, there is no relevant scientific evidence to prove that the earlier the baby’s screaming period, the smarter he/she is. Babies start screaming during the screaming period, indicating that there is now the beginning of normal language development, suggesting that the baby’s voice development is normal and can be pronounced normally, but does not represent the development of intelligence. If your baby’s screaming period is late, or if you are concerned about your baby’s intelligence, you need to seek medical attention in time to assess your intellectual development by doing micronutrient screening and intelligence testing.
