Where is the panda eye fracture

In clinical practice, panda eyes mainly refer to periorbital, or periorbital fractures, which are mainly due to direct violence, such as boxing, heavy bruises, and other external forces. After a periorbital fracture occurs, it is important to go to the hospital promptly and go through a doctor’s examination, taking an X-ray, CT film or MRI film of the orbit to clarify the extent of the fracture and its displacement. Most periorbital fractures are considered to be treated conservatively by giving the patient bed rest and applying topical blood-stasis-activating drugs, and also taking blood-stasis-activating drugs orally. In severe periorbital fractures with intracranial injury, surgical treatment is considered. In case of periorbital fracture, it is important to seek timely medical attention to avoid delaying the best treatment time and avoiding adverse consequences.
