How are common urinary stones treated?

I am 46 years old, a year ago, during a physical examination, I found a 6mm large stone in my right kidney, I would like to ask the experts how to deal with this situation like mine? 1.Water treatment Drink as much boiled water or magnetized water as possible to keep the daily urine volume above 2000~3000ml, together with diuretic and antispasmodic drugs. Dilution of urine is beneficial to the flushing and discharge of small stones and helps to prevent recurrence. 2, renal colic attack, first of all, should be antispasmodic and analgesic, available atropine or 654-2, dulcolax, containing cardiac pain, etc., if necessary, intravenous rehydration. 3.Chinese medicine lithotripsy treatment It is convenient to take various lithotripsy preparations or Chinese medicine decoction, but it should be reviewed regularly. The indications are that stones less than 0.5~0.8cm in diameter, no significant hydronephrosis and no ureteral stenosis can be easily discharged. Stones close to 1 cm are generally more difficult to discharge. 4. If you are suffering from hyperparathyroidism, you should treat it first and then deal with kidney stones. Sometimes, after the removal of parathyroid adenoma or cancer, the urinary stone will not develop anymore, or even dissolve by itself, and the stone will not recur. 5. Restrict high purine diet, keep urine pH at 6.5~7.0, and drink a lot of boiled water over 3000ml daily. I have a relative at home, 75 years old, recently found urea nitrogen 9.8 mmol/L, creatinine normal, history of prostate surgery, blood pressure normal, right kidney stone. Thank you. Urea nitrogen 9.8 mmol is slightly higher, but the result of urea nitrogen test is influenced by many non-renal factors such as diet, gastrointestinal bleeding can make it higher, and it takes a few days to return to normal after the bleeding stops. If this is only a single test result, it is necessary to repeat the test to confirm, and also to check carefully whether the “patient” has abandoned the existence of pathophysiological factors that can cause urea nitrogen to rise. I did not find any kidney stones six months ago, but six months later I found a mud-like stone in my right kidney, which is hard for me to understand. First of all, kidney stones can occur at any stage of life, including infancy, which means that stones can grow at any time as long as the conditions are favorable for stone formation, such as urinary tract infections, changes in urine pH and urine concentration, metabolic imbalance or the presence of metabolic diseases, etc. 2. Sediment-like stones can form in as little as 3-4 weeks, especially if there is a previous history of stones and metabolic diseases. 3, ultrasound, abdominal radiographs and other examinations have limitations and are subject to intestinal gas and other interference, so it is impossible to diagnose 100%, so it is often necessary to repeat the examination. 4. Sediment-like stones can be controlled by medication and other treatments, and are not a problem that cannot be solved. The diagnosis can be made by IVP and abdominal plain film. Avoid foods high in purine and cholesterol such as animal offal.
