Patient selection criteria 1, patients with limited cavity type pulmonary tuberculosis who have undergone long-term regular or irregular antituberculosis treatment for more than 1 year without change; 2, retreatment of bacteriophage positive multidrug-resistant cases (at least two or more sensitive drugs retained); 3, fibrous thick-walled cavities located in the upper or lower lobe dorsal segment near the periphery without foci in the surrounding lung tissue; 4, those unsuitable for pneumonectomy and atrophy surgery; 5, less than 3 cm without satellite foci in the surrounding lung tissues near the periphery of the lung with tuberculosis bulbs. According to the above criteria, 18 patients were selected, 10 males and 8 females. The age ranged from 25 to 70 years, with an average of 47.5 years; the medical history ranged from 1 year to 8 years. There were 12 cases of primary patients and 6 cases of repeat patients in this group. The preoperative anti-tuberculosis treatment was carried out in 14 cases, and no anti-tuberculosis treatment was carried out in 4 cases.
