Heartburn lately

If the patient has always felt heartburn recently, it is considered that it may be due to the presence of bile reflux gastritis in the patient. Patients are advised to take oral medications that inhibit stomach acid, such as e.g. omeprazole and esomeprazole, during episodes of discomfort. This can also be combined with oral medications that promote gastrointestinal motility and help inhibit bile reflux, such as Mosapride tablets. Some patients may suffer from angina attacks, and sublingual nitroglycerin as well as oral metoprolol is recommended to help improve symptoms during episodes of discomfort. While taking medication, it is important to gradually clarify the diagnosis, such as chest X-ray, electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound, and if necessary, gastroscopy and coronary CT.
