Difference between bone pain and muscle pain

Muscle pain is mostly caused by sports injuries or external strains, and muscle pain is often more widespread, with the area of pain coinciding with the area of travel of the muscle. If the back muscle is strained, the muscle pain is mainly manifested as striated pain in the back. In the case of a strain of the calf gastrocnemius muscle, the pain is mainly in the gastrocnemius muscle, which is the area of the calf belly. There are many causes of bone pain, such as fractures, infections, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and even bone tumors can cause bone pain. Bone pain is often more intense and not as widespread as myalgia, sometimes limited to the lesion site. For example, in osteoarthritis, the bone pain is mainly in the joint space, on the lateral and medial side of the tibial plateau or on the medial and lateral side of the femoral condyles, where the osteophytes are more obvious.
