  Squatting method
  Single or two hands forward to hold the fixed object, the body upright, feet apart, and shoulder width, slowly squat and then stand up, and yesterday for 3 ~ 5min.

  Internal and external rotation method
  Stand with hands on the fixation, extend one foot slightly forward, follow the ground with the foot, make internal rotation and external rotation for 3~5min
  Hip flexion method
  The patient is sitting on the edge of the bed or chair, the lower limbs are naturally separated, and the patient repeatedly makes hip flexion and knee flexion movements for 3~5min.
  Knee hugging method
  Patients are sitting on the edge of the bed, sofa, chair, both lower limbs are naturally separated, both hands forked fingers together palm hold the front of the proximal tibia, repeatedly flex the elbow and pull back combined with active knee flexion movement, increase the power and amplitude of hip flexion, activities 3~5min.
  Open law
  The patient sits on a chair or stool with the hip, knee and ankle joints at an angle of 90° each, the feet are separated, and the axis is between the feet, and the knees are abducted and adducted for 3~5min.
  Separation method
  The patient sits on the edge of the stool with the hip, knee and ankle joints each at a 90° angle, rotates outward to the maximum with the toes and heels alternating as the axis, then takes the heels as the axis and does inward and outward movement of both knees for 3~5min.
  Pedal activity method
  The patient sits steadily on a special bicycle exercise machine (functional exercise bike) and moves as if walking on a bicycle for 10~20min, gradually increasing the speed.
  Stirring and stretching method
  The patient is in supine position, hands are placed on the side of the body, both lower limbs are alternately flexed at the hip and knee, so that the lower leg is suspended in the air, and the movement is like pedaling a bicycle for 5~10min, mainly flexing the hip joint, and the amplitude and number of times are gradually increased.
  Internal and external rotation method
  Patients take supine position, both lower limbs are straight, both feet are shoulder-width apart, hands are placed on the side of the body, with the heel as the axis, both toes and lower limbs are rotated internally and externally for 5~10min, mainly on the side with severe functional limitation.
  Hip flexion and opening method
  The patient is in the supine position, flexing the hip and knee, stepping on the bed rail with both feet together, taking the lower part of both feet as the axis, and performing inward and outward knee activities for 5~10min, mainly on the side with severe hip limitation, with the amplitude and number of times gradually increasing.
  Open method
  Patients take prone position, knees shoulder-width apart, lower limbs straight, hands above the chest, then bend the knees 90°, take the front of both knees as the axis, do calf inward and outward activities for 5~10min, mainly on the side with severe hip limitation, the amplitude and number of times gradually increase.
