How long does a pelvic malignant tumor live

How long you can live with pelvic malignancy is usually related to the patient’s age, tumor stage, the degree of tumor differentiation, tumor type, etc. and cannot be generalized.
Pelvic malignant tumors are broader and may be endometrial cancer, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer.
1. Endometrial cancer: the 5-year survival rate of early endometrial cancer can reach 80% to 90%, while the prognosis of late-stage patients is poorer, and the 5-year survival rate of stage Ⅳ is only 5%, not more than 15% at most.
2. Cervical cancer: the earlier the stage of cervical cancer is, the higher the cure rate is. The five-year survival rates of IA1, IA2, IB1, IB2, IIA1, IIA2, IIIA, IIIB, IVA and IVB stages are 97.5%, 94.8%, 89.1%, 75.7%, 73.4%, 65.8%, 39.7%, 41.5%, 22% and 9.3% respectively.
3. Ovarian cancer: 5-year survival rate of early ovarian cancer is higher than that of middle and late stage patients, which can reach more than 80%, and middle and late stage patients will mostly recur in 1~2 years.
In addition, age, size of tumor and degree of differentiation of tumor can also affect the survival time. It is suggested that patients should actively cooperate with doctors for treatment and keep a good mindset so as not to delay the condition.
