Care measures for patients with thoracic compression fracture are as follows: 1. Patients should lie on a hard bed with a soft pillow with height at the injury site; 2. Patients should eat high-fiber, easily digestible food, drink more water, and relieve abdominal distension by massage or herbal medicine. Patients with difficulty in urination should be induced to urinate, abdominal hot compress or acupuncture treatment, and catheterization if necessary; 3.
