The lower limit of the reference value of morphological sperm is 4%; 8. Don’t be too surprised when you see a sperm deformity rate of more than ninety percent, because the examination criteria are very strict; 9. Clinically, patients often ask whether a high sperm deformity rate is related to child deformity. It should be clearly stated that: the morphology of sperm is related to conception, but sperm malformation is not correlated with malformation of the offspring.
