Novel coronaviruses belong to a group of coronaviruses whose origin is not known. There are four other coronaviruses that are less pathogenic and can only cause the common cold, and SARS in 2003 and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in 2012 are known to be serious infections caused by coronaviruses. These viruses and common adenovirus, rhinovirus as there is currently no specific drugs, this discovery of new coronaviruses is never before found in humans strains of viruses, presumably caused by bats is a natural host.
