PC-PRL Implantation
PC-PRL stands for “Posterior Chamber Refractive Lens for Crystalline Eyes”. PC-PRL implantation is performed under a microscope by implanting PC-PRL (Posterior Chamber Refractive Lens for Crystalline Eyes) into the posterior chamber of the eye through a minimally invasive incision to correct myopia. Its correction range is from -10.0D to -30.0D, which is the largest range that can correct myopia at present.
PC-PRL is manufactured by Hangzhou Baikang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and is designed with the following features
1. Implantation in the posterior chamber of the crystalline eye.
2. Suspension “fixed” in the posterior chamber of the eye, with “automatic centering” effect.

Surgical indications.
1.Age between 18 and 50 years old;
2, myopia 1000 degrees to 3000 degrees;
3, anterior chamber depth ≥ 2.8 mm, anterior chamber angle open; corneal endothelial cell count > 2000/mm2;
4, no glaucoma, cataract, uveitis, fundus disease and other eye diseases and eye trauma history, no diabetes, hyperthyroidism, systemic immune diseases and other medical history;
5.Patients with high myopia within 3000 degrees, not suitable for LASIK surgery.
