Tuberculosis sputum examination refers to sputum smear microscopy or sputum culture, the former using LED fluorescence microscope to directly observe sputum smear, generally the same day results, the latter need to wait for the multiplication of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, generally 10 days out of the results.
