Can Purpura Exercise?

Exercise is not recommended for patients with purpura except for normal moderate walking.
Purpura is usually the main manifestation of bleeding disorders caused by extravascular factors, vascular factors and platelet factors. The most common clinical manifestation of bleeding disorders caused by extravascular factors is the tendency to bruise, spontaneous petechiae and ecchymosis, so exercise will accelerate blood circulation and easily cause aggravation of purpura symptoms.
In addition, purpura may be accompanied by a decrease in platelet count, which can lead to clotting difficulties if exercise causes trauma.
However, after healing, patients with purpura can choose suitable exercises according to their own specific conditions, under the guidance of doctors, and gradually and moderately engage in physical exercise.
Once purpura occurs, should go to the regular hospital in time, early formal treatment, by the doctor according to the condition of the appropriate exercise program.
