How to use different whitening techniques according to different pigmentation?

Different spots on the face should be treated with different spot removal techniques, and the same spot can also be treated with different techniques. Chloasma: minor chloasma should be treated with pigment removal skin care products or with hydrogen awakening cream spot removal drugs. Obvious melasma can be considered with laser cosmetic treatment, but its efficacy is unstable and cannot solve the problem of recurrence, and very few patients may experience pigmentation aggravation or pigmentation loss. Age spots (seborrheic keratosis): cosmetic laser treatment is preferred and has good efficacy, and topical retinoid drugs can be considered for mild cases. Freckles: laser cosmetic treatment is preferred and has good efficacy. Pay attention to sunshade or sun hat for outdoor activities, and sunscreen must be applied, otherwise, freckles may recur after strong ultraviolet radiation. Melasma: clinically, it is often confused with chloasma or exists at the same time with melasma. If it is a simple brown bruise nevus, laser cosmetic treatment is preferred with good efficacy; if it exists with melasma at the same time, melasma should be controlled before treating brown bruise nevus, otherwise laser treatment may trigger aggravation of melasma. Post-inflammatory pigmentation spot: often due to facial seat sores or other inflammation after pigmentation, this kind of pigmentation generally does not use excessive treatment, only need to use moisturizing or depigmentation skin care products, this kind of spot can gradually fade within six months.
