Other: How to use crutches?

Notes on the use of crutches: the lower end of the crutches must be installed rubber head, so as not to slide the head of the wooden crutches on the ground unstable, the upper beam of the crutches must be padded to avoid pressure on the soft tissues under the armpits when using. The handle height of the crutches should be adjusted according to the length of the upper limbs of the person using the crutches, so that the two arms support the weight, rather than relying on the armpits to support the weight. The height of the crutches is based on height. Generally when upright, the crutch from the armpit to the ground and to the body on both sides of the separation, rubber head from the foot 6 inches.
When walking with crutches, first move both crutches in front of both legs at the same time, then lift the healthy limb to move to the front of the two crutches, and then move both crutches forward to the front of the healthy limb at the same time, and so on. Must keep two crutches and a healthy limb to form an equilateral triangle, this position is the most stable.
Note on the use of a single crutch: the crutch is placed on the healthy side, because the affected limb can not be fully weight-bearing, and with the help of a single crutch to increase the support of the whole body weight on the healthy side.
Note
a. Early functional exercise of fracture: Early fracture is within two weeks after the injury, when the local reflection of the injury is obvious, the swelling reaches the maximum, and the bone scab has not yet formed. The method of exercise is to actively contract and stretch the muscles without joint movement, mainly to exercise the muscles. The method of exercising the upper limb muscles is to make a fist and fully straighten the fingers.
The lower limb muscles are exercised by contracting and relaxing the quadriceps muscle, and by dorsiflexing and plantarflexing the ankle joint and extending and flexing the feet and fingers.
b. Functional exercise in the middle stage of fracture: 3-6 weeks after the fracture, the bone scab has been gradually generated or matured, the local swelling disappears, the fracture end is more stable and close to clinical healing, at this time, you can do large joint activities, but the activities that are not conducive to fracture connection and stability should be limited.
c. Functional exercise in the late stage of fracture: At this stage, the fracture is stronger, the fracture has reached clinical healing, the external fixation has been released, and the range of joint movement has gradually returned to normal. At this time, the function of the limb should be gradually restored through comprehensive muscle and joint exercises. For the joints and muscles that still have different degrees of impairment, targeted exercises should be continued. For example, if a late femoral stem fracture leaves knee dysfunction and quadriceps atrophy, the focus should be on knee joint movement.

Please note: We have had great success in minimally invasive fractures near the joint, such as femoral neck fractures, internal and external ankle fractures, distal radius fractures, proximal humerus fractures, Hofa fractures, and Jones fractures.
Recently, we are actively applying for the ozone therapy instrument and foramoscopic system for intervertebral discs, etc. By then, herniated discs can also be operated under one needle or one channel, which is also a blessing for young adults suffering from intervertebral disc disease.
