Many of the symptoms of atrial fibrillation and premature beats overlap, for example, patients with atrial fibrillation and premature beats both feel panic or have a feeling of cardiac arrest, and some patients may have chest tightness or chest pain. The symptoms of atrial fibrillation are more severe because many, especially the first-onset atrial fibrillation will have repeated panic attacks, hand tremors, sweating, chest tightness, and even nausea due to increased heart rate. The feeling of cardiac arrest is more pronounced in premature beats, mostly due to episodic premature beats, when the patient’s heart rate needs to be reorganized after one premature beat. However, some patients with atrial fibrillation have long intervals, etc., and may also experience a pronounced feeling of cardiac arrest. If it is impossible to distinguish between the symptoms, the patient must have an electrocardiogram completed.
