Acupuncture for urinary incontinence

  Urinary incontinence refers to the involuntary flow of urine from the urethra and can occur in any season, but is more severe in the fall and winter. Therefore, treatment is mostly based on tonifying the kidney qi and elevating the middle qi. Acupuncture is mostly used for Qi Hai Guan Yuan Foot San Li Tai Xi Hegu Bai Hui and other points, can be used with moxibustion Shen Que, Guan Yuan, Zhong Ji, Chung Quan and other points, the specific method is: ignite the moxa stick, in the above points in rotation, each point when you feel burning hot point moxibustion again, generally need half an hour once. Once a day, continuous acupuncture treatment for a period of time, most patients will have better results. At the same time, rest on time to have a good sleep, mood stability, appropriate exercise to enhance physical fitness.
