What antibiotics are used for skin infections

The antibiotics used for skin infections are divided into a range. If it is a common septic infection, the antibiotics used are usually roxithromycin or erythromycin, penicillin, such as amoxicillin, or cephalosporin. But if other types of infections, such as fungal infections, are treated with antifungal drugs, usually itraconazole or terbinafine. Of course, if the skin is infected with mycobacteria, such as tuberculosis, anti-tuberculosis drugs are needed. In other cases, such as the non-suppurative type, clindamycin or oral doxycycline may be used.
