  After admission, the doctor will do a series of examinations for you (such as ECG, ultrasound, etc.). Try to eat high protein and vitamin-rich food, eat liquid food (such as milk and juice) and drink more water.   2. Quit smoking and alcohol. Quit smoking can reduce pulmonary comorbidities, and quit drinking can reduce cardiovascular and other comorbidities.  3. improve personal hygiene such as washing hair and bathing; brush your teeth after meals, morning and evening to reduce the growth of oral bacteria.  4. practice urination and defecation in bed. After surgery, there are more tubes in the body, so it is inconvenient to get out of bed and defecate.  5. Encourage more coughing and deep breathing to strengthen lung function exercise.  6. Do not go out and stay away the day before the operation, the nurse will do the preoperative preparation work such as drug skin test, skin preparation, blood distribution, etc. Relax at night to ensure the quality of sleep.  7. The nurse will insert a gastric tube or urinary catheter for you in the morning of the operation, be very cooperative, the more uncooperative you are, the more difficult it will be to insert the tube and the more discomfort and even pain you will feel.
