Through CT, the manifestation of bronchodilation can be seen. Chronic fibrous pulmonary aspergillosis can present with dyspnea and cough; chronic cavitary pulmonary aspergillosis, mainly manifested by coughing sputum volume may not always be more, sometimes less sputum, or even dry cough, some lung structure destruction is more, will appear dyspnea.
