1.After thyroid cancer surgery, the nail function will be rechecked 1-2 months, 2 months is more stable, the purpose is to adjust the dosage of Eugenol. If the dosage is adjusted, you can review the nail function in another two months. If there is no need to adjust the dosage, then review the nail function six months after surgery. 2. Review ultrasound and nail function six months after surgery. Ultrasound will not be checked in the short term after surgery because the lymph nodes will be enlarged reactively after surgery and will recover slowly only after a few months. Ultrasound can also be checked once a year, after all, thyroid cancer grows slowly, so there is no need to review it once every 3 months. 3. Post-operative chest X-ray and enhanced CT of the neck and chest will be done every two years if necessary, which is usually not necessary. The purpose is to see if there are lung metastases. The most common of the distant metastases is lung, and a few bone metastases, usually no other examination is done. 4. If there is persistent progressive worsening bone pain, a whole-body bone scan can be done.
