The New Coronavirus vaccine CHO cells refers to the recombinant New Coronavirus vaccine (CHO cells), which is a newly developed New Coronavirus vaccine in China. At present, there are three inactivated vaccines and one adenovirus vector vaccine, as well as one recombinant new coronavirus vaccine (CHO cells), which are conditionally marketed or used urgently in China. Among them, the recombinant neo-coronavirus vaccine (CHO cells), which is genetically engineered to recombine the neo-coronavirus S protein receptor binding region (RBD) gene into the Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell gene and expressed in vitro to form an RBD dimer with the addition of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant to enhance immunogenicity. The recombinant neocoronavirus vaccine (CHO cells) showed good safety and immunogenicity in the phase II clinical trial results. A total of 3 doses of recombinant neocoronavirus vaccine are required, with a recommended interval of not less than 4 weeks between 2 adjacent doses, with the second dose to be completed within 8 weeks of the first dose and the third dose to be completed within 6 months of the first dose. If the patient does not receive the second or third dose of vaccine as scheduled, the best immune response will not be obtained, and the immunity and durability of the vaccine in the body will be affected and the preventive effect will be greatly reduced.
