What is a fracture fracture

Crack fracture is clinically known as crack without obvious displacement, the fracture is only visible when doing examination, the bone is discontinuous, the fracture end is not obviously misaligned, usually due to smaller violence or cumulative strain injury, the local swelling symptoms are relatively mild, some crack fractures may not be detected by early X-ray examination, and further examination by CT and MRI is needed to confirm the diagnosis. The treatment is fixed by brace or plaster, together with anti-swelling, pain-relieving and bone-setting drugs, and does not require surgery. Fractures in special areas should be taken seriously, such as femoral neck fracture, navicular fracture and talus fracture, which are slow to heal and avoid premature weight-bearing activities, and are prone to fracture displacement, and require regular review in the hospital.
