The pathological nature of different types of destruction may also be different. Osteogenic destruction, with white bone image, is cold condensation; osteolytic destruction, with low bone density and many small holes, is Yin deficiency and heat. For the treatment of bone metastases, I often use the following therapies in the clinic 1. In western medicine, the three-stage analgesic can also clear heat and relieve pain, which is also very effective for osteolytic destruction of yin deficiency and blood heat plus stasis. For cold osteogenic destruction, morphine and fire acupuncture with heat are also effective; 3. Bone nuclide therapy, mainly for patients with extensive bone metastases, uses one small radioactive source to continuously act on the bone metastasis lesion. Since radioactive bone nuclides tend to gather in the liver and cause liver necrosis, it is less used in clinical practice nowadays. 4. Bone cement treatment, which is to do vertebral body formation for the compressed spinal cord and inject a small amount of bone cement. In addition, radiofrequency, microwave and other minimally invasive can be used, and fire acupuncture is also a good choice; 5, ordinary radiotherapy can also relieve the pain of bone metastases, and the general dose of 800 cGY is sufficient; 6, for pathological fractures caused by bone metastases can be applied topically with fresh small river crab legs mashed, which helps to grow bones.
