Percutaneous laser vaporization for cervical spondylosis

PLDD procedure is easy to operate, safe, effective and quick recovery due to its small puncture needle, micro-invasive, easy control of laser energy. The principle of the procedure is: the laser energy is used to cavitate the diseased nucleus pulposus, reduce the pressure in the intervertebral disc, relieve and eliminate the compression of the sciatic nerve or spinal nerve and achieve the purpose of treatment. The procedure is performed simultaneously at multiple intervals under local anesthesia. Conclusion: The method is non-invasive, less painful, minimally invasive, does not require destruction of normal tissue structures, short operative time, quick recovery (about one week to resume daily life or lighter physical work), good long-term results, safe and easy, and about 95% of patients get different improvements and relief of symptoms.
