DDP is the first choice of chemotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, and commonly used drugs include fluorouracil, adriamycin and its derivatives, mitomycin and methotrexate, etc. Generally speaking, it is believed that the efficacy of single drug administered intravenously is poor, and the use of hepatic arterial administration and/or embolization, as well as the cooperation of internal and external radiation therapy, are more frequently applied with more obvious effect. For certain middle and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients without surgical indication and whose portal vein trunk thrombus is blocked and not suitable for hepatic artery intervention, and for certain patients after palliative surgery, combined or sequential chemotherapy can be used. In recent years, some new chemotherapeutic drugs such as oxaliplatin, gemcitabine and capecitabine are being actively explored for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in clinic, although they have certain efficacy, there is still no obvious breakthrough.
