Can ankylosing-associated small vessel vasculitis be cured?

Anka-associated small vessel vasculitis is currently incurable. The cause of Anka-associated vasculitis is not clear, and may be related to serum sickness, drug allergic reaction, infection, hepatitis B virus infection and other factors. At present, there is no cure for Anka-related vasculitis, but only through active and effective clinical drug treatment, the condition can be effectively controlled, to reduce the patient in the later stage of the more serious complications. At present, the drug treatment for this disease mainly includes glucocorticosteroids such as prednisone and various immunosuppressants such as cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, methotrexate and so on. Patients with ankylosing small-vessel vasculitis are advised to go to the rheumatology and immunology department of a regular hospital and follow the doctor’s instructions for medication.
