What are the symptoms of anal papillitis and anal papillomegaly?

  1, anal papilla hypertrophy: small papillary protrusions below the rectal column is called anal papilla, cone-shaped or triangular, about 2 to 6, generally small, not easy to detect, such as inflammatory stimulation hyperplasia is anal papilla hypertrophy.  2, anal papillitis: anal papillae due to fecal abrasion and other inflammation can occur, called anal papillitis.  When the anal papilla is small, there are usually no symptoms. The anal sinusitis, anal fissure, proctitis, constipation, etc. can cause inflammation of the anal papilla, making the anal papilla hyperplastic and large, the patient can have a foreign body in the anus.  The patient may feel a foreign body in the anus or have discomfort. Larger anal papillae can be prolapsed out of the anus during defecation, and can usually be returned by themselves after defecation; larger ones even have to be sent back to the anus with a hand rest, if not sent back in time.  In the anus, it can cause anal edema and pain. Enlarged papillae and anal papillitis can also stimulate anal gland secretion, leading to anal dampness and discomfort.
