The cause of localized anal dampness is mainly caused by the discharge of secretions from the anal canal outside the anal canal. Therefore, if there is residual feces in the anal canal or if there is a lot of inflammation, there is a possibility that the secretion may turn yellow. If the patient has a loose anal canal, a small amount of feces may be discharged out of the anal canal, thus aggravating the local dampness and itching around the anus.
