Reflux esophagitis is an inflammatory disease of the esophageal mucosa caused by the reflux of gastric contents. The pathogenesis is due to improper relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter and damage to the esophageal mucosa by the reflux. Most of the evidence in Chinese medicine belongs to the scope of choking and diaphragm. Due to the long duration of the disease, most patients have difficulty in adhering to the decoction of Chinese medicine, and there is no more targeted Chinese medicine. For this reason, I made my own diaphragmatic film to treat 75 cases of reflux esophagitis in 1998, with remarkable efficacy and simplicity. 1, general information In this paper, 75 cases were collected. Among the 75 cases, 47 cases were male and 28 cases were female, with a male to female ratio of 1.7:1; the oldest age was 65 years old, the youngest age was 27 years old, and the average age was 42.5 years old; the longest duration of the disease was 12 years and the shortest was 3 months; emotional disorders were the causative factor in 46 cases, accounting for 61.3%, and tobacco and alcohol addiction in 53 cases, accounting for 70.7%. The longest duration of the disease was 12 years and the shortest duration was 3 months. (2) Treatment method (1) Main drug composition Juniperus bark, Huang Lian, Rhubarb, Mu Xiang, Bletilla, all drugs are crushed and sieved through 80 mesh, 1 packet per 16g. (2) Treatment 2-4g each time, 4 times a day, 1 hour before each meal, 1 time after dinner, mixed with warm water and then taken. For obvious deficiency of Qi, Astragalus membranaceus in water is used as a primer; for obvious deficiency of Qi and Yin, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng and Cunninghamia pinnatifida in water are used as a primer; for sore throat, borax in water is used as a primer. 3, treatment results 75 cases cured 69 cases, 1 month cured 15 cases, 2 months cured 32 cases, 3 months cured 12 cases, 3-5 months cured 10 cases, the improvement of 6 cases. 4. Typical case Sun, male, 47 years old, farmer, visited the clinic on May 6, 1998. He complained of pain in eating for one week, and came to our clinic after treatment with Chinese and Western medicine and hot compress of chest and back medicine in local clinic was ineffective. Symptoms: burning pain behind the sternal stalk, pain spreading to the chest, tossing and turning in the back, aggravated by eating, especially obvious with liquid food, fullness in the chest, dry mouth and dry throat, red tongue, smooth pulse. Gastroscopy showed that the mucosa of the esophagus was rough, the vascular retina was mushy, and a cord-like erosion surface was seen in the lower mucosa of the esophagus, about 75px×12.5px, and the esophagus was well dilated. He is usually anxious, a smoker and a drinker. He was given 4g of diaphragmatic powder, which was taken 4 times a day, and the pain behind the sternum was reduced by half after 1 month. 5, experience reflux esophagitis, Chinese medicine evidence belongs to the category of choking diaphragm, the main pathogenesis of phlegm and qi, internal stagnation of heat, poor blood flow, treatment should be based on the movement of phlegm and qi, clear stagnation of heat, open stagnation. The diaphragmatic film uses Piper betel bark to clear the phlegm, promote qi and broaden the chest; Muxiang moves the blocked qi; Huang Lian and Rhubarb can relieve the heat of depression and remove the stasis of congestion; Bletilla is mucilaginous and lipid-rich, astringent and hemostatic, subdues swelling and generates muscle, and can treat the dead muscle of gangrene. Modern medicine believes that: rasberry has anti-cancer effect and can prevent esophagitis change, yellow lotus and rhubarb have anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling effects, mucuna pruriens can enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis and promote the propulsion of gastric contents, and hyssop has mucopolysaccharide, which can protect the trauma and promote mucosal repair. Throughout the whole formula, it moves Qi, relieves depression, clears heat and disperses stasis. It pays attention to both the identification of Chinese medicine and the pathology of Western medicine; it focuses on both drug treatment and protection of the disease site. It is natural to receive twice the effect with half the effort, as it highlights the characteristics of combining disease and evidence, and giving equal importance to medical care.
