Do I need treatment for celiac disease?

The gynecological clinic often encounters women who are found to have celiac disease in the clinic, so they carry a heavy burden, as if they have an incurable disease, all day long, lethargic. What exactly is celiac disease? 1. What is celiac disease? The term “cervical erosion” used to be treated as a pathological phenomenon when the columnar epithelium of the cervix was ectoplasmic and showed erosion-like changes to the naked eye during the physiological period of the cervix, but now this term has been abolished abroad in the 1980s one after another, and the columnar epithelium ectoplasmic caused by the presentation of erosion-like changes is called The term “cervical epithelial ectopia” or “cervical epithelial ectopia” was abolished in the 1980s. 2. What are the signs of cervical erosion? Physiologic cervical columnar epithelial ectoplasia has no specific clinical manifestations. Some people may experience post-coital bleeding, increased leucorrhea and yellowing, which are manifestations of cervical inflammation and symptoms of cervical infection with some pathogens. 3.Does cervical erosion need to be treated? ”Cervical erosion is a physiological phenomenon and can also be a pathological phenomenon. Physiological cervical columnar epithelial ectoplasia is seen in adolescents, those of childbearing age with high estrogen secretion, those taking oral contraceptives or during pregnancy, while pathological cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer can also cause cervical erosion-like changes. Therefore, for these patients, it is impossible to determine which condition is present with the naked eye alone, and cervical cytology and HPV testing are required. If the test result is normal and the pathogen test is negative, you can follow the prevention regularly and no treatment is needed. 4. When does treatment need to be performed? For symptomatic cervicitis, treatment is required. The specific treatment method will depend on the hospital, but usually, suppositories or medication are sufficient for acute inflammation. If the cytology or HPV test is abnormal, further colposcopy and, if necessary, a biopsy will be performed and the treatment plan will be determined based on the biopsy results. Physical therapy such as laser, freezing or LEEP knife is often used for cervical lesions. 5. Does cervical erosion have any effect on sex life and fertility? Since it is a physiological phenomenon, it naturally has no effect on fertility or sex life. 6. Do I need regular checkups? Yes, the purpose of regular checkups is to prevent cervical cancer. Some people think that only cervical erosion needs cervical cancer screening, but in fact, all women who have sex should have regular cervical cancer screening, and there is no shortage of cervical cancer patients with smooth cervix. What is infuriating in our society now is that some unscrupulous clinics, for every patient who goes for gynecological examination, once a cervical erosion is investigated, immediately followed by medicine, infusion, even LEEP, laser, and even thousands of thousands of dollars for treatment, and even some pregnant women are not spared, and they directly do abortion plus cervical physical therapy, which becomes a typical means of excessive treatment. Therefore, all women friends, gynecological examination is best to regular hospitals.
