Recognizing breast cancer disease starts with early symptoms

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in women’s breast. The early symptoms of breast cancer are hidden and not easy to be detected, but the early symptoms of breast cancer will also be manifested in life. Because the tumor in the superficial part of the breast invades the suspensory ligament, it will lead to the loss of elasticity and contracture, thus pulling the skin and causing local depression, forming a dimple. If the tumor directly invades the skin, it will also cause skin depression, but not all dimple symptoms are breast cancer, chronic inflammation of breast, fat necrosis and post-operative scar contracture will also cause skin depression. 2.Venous dilation Unilateral breast vein dilation in pregnant or breastfeeding women is often caused by inflammation or malignant tumors, the most common tumors are breast sarcoma, giant fibroids, etc. 3.Orange peel sign The invasion of subcutaneous lymphatic vessels in breast cancer and the obstruction of lymphatic return can cause skin edema, but the skin at the hair follicle will not be edematous with the edema, which will easily cause depression on the surface of the breast, just like orange peel. At the same time, inflammatory breast cancer may not be excluded, and inflammatory breast cancer is often more extensive, even involving the whole breast. 4. Changes in nipple and areola Tumor underneath the nipple may pull the nipple and cause nipple deviation and nipple depression; invasion of nipple may cause nipple ulceration and erosion. The symptoms of eczema-like carcinoma of breast are crusting, flaking, erosion of nipple and repeated non-healing. 5.Localized breast elevation When breast lumps develop to a certain extent, they will be elevated on the skin surface or accompanied by skin surface pigmentation. Breast lumps The outer upper quadrant of the breast is the most common site of breast cancer, which is usually not accompanied by any symptoms. 7. Nipple overflow Brown or bloody liquid overflowing from nipples during non-lactation period may be caused by breast tumor. Milk-like discharge may be caused by endocrine abnormalities. Purulent discharge may be caused by inflammation of the breast. According to statistics, 12%-25% of unilateral nipple overflow is a manifestation of breast cancer. 8. Asymmetry of both breasts Due to the presence of tumor or adhesion with chest wall, there may be volume or morphological changes in that side of breast.
