Whether cutting lipoma hurts or not needs to consider the patient’s tolerance level, the size of the lipoma as well as anesthesia factors, generally there is no obvious pain in cutting lipoma.
If the patient’s lipoma is superficial, local infiltration anesthesia will be applied during the surgery, and the patient will be bandaged after removal of the lipoma, and the suture will be removed after regular dressing change, and the whole process will not have any obvious pain.
If the patient’s lipoma belongs to deep lipoma, if general anesthesia is used during the operation, there is no pain; if local infiltration anesthesia is used, and the patient’s own tolerance is poor, there may be a certain degree of pain during the operation. After the operation, there is no obvious pain when changing the medicine and removing the stitches.
After the operation, it is recommended to take a light diet, pay attention to rest and avoid strenuous exercise.
