What happened to the stomach pain after ovulation?

The pain in the stomach after ovulation is caused by the flow of follicular fluid into the pelvic cavity, which causes pain in the lower abdomen after stimulation. It is recommended to have a gynecological examination to find out if the uterus is active, if there is tenderness in the sacral band, and if there is pressure pain in the adnexa bilaterally to find out if there is pelvic inflammatory disease. An ultrasound examination of the pelvis is also recommended to find out if there are any abnormalities included. If there is inflammation, active clinical anti-inflammatory treatment is recommended. This is because the vast majority of follicular fluid flowing into the pelvis after ovulation will not be clinically painful. Therefore, the necessary clinical interventions should be given after the examination according to the results, and anti-inflammatory treatment should be given clinically to patients with inflammation.
