What are the methods to eliminate acne in different areas?

The face is an oily part, so the pores are thicker and more likely to accumulate sebum, thus forming pimples. The only way to solve this is to wash your face and skin care, and pat your face with an astringent lotion to temporarily reduce the size of your facial pores. The forehead is a part of the T-zone that is prone to oil, and if there are bangs on the forehead, it looks even less breathable, which is the breeding ground for pimples. So when you have pimples, you should put your bangs upwards and not cover your forehead. This area is dry and not prone to pimples, but if you purposely add oil to this area, you will get pimples. If you want to moisturize, choose oil-free products. Chin Often overlooked, but sebum production is higher than expected! So pay special attention when washing your face. When you have a pimple, remember not to touch it or squeeze it! The neck should be treated as part of the face and cleaned; too much lotion or cream, shampoo residue, or dirty bedding infection may form pimples. The area around the mouth is close to the chin where sebum production is high, so it is also prone to oil. You should wash thoroughly to avoid residual dirt from cosmetics and face washes. The back and chest are the areas that produce the most sebum besides the face and are prone to acne. When taking a bath, use a cotton towel to make the soap bubble and wash your body with “bubbles”. Avoid using moisturizing soaps with poor cleansing power or nylon towels that can easily irritate your skin. The buttocks are also prone to acne due to sebum secretion and lack of breathability, so it is best to clean them frequently or wear cotton underwear to improve breathability.
