Treatment of ventilation and dietary control

1.Dietary control (1) Abstain from food containing high purine, such as various animal offal, brain marrow, thick broth, chicken soup, seafood, beans and peanuts, spinach, fresh bean pods, mushrooms, mushrooms, coffee, strong tea, etc. (2) Avoid overeating or hunger, quit smoking and drinking, reduce calorie intake and weight loss in obese people. (3) It is advisable to eat refined grains, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits and other foods rich in vitamin B1 and vitamin C or foods containing alkali. (2) Drug treatment: use propofol for good kidney function; use allopurinol for poor kidney function; combine the two for significantly elevated blood uric acid; use colchicine for obvious pain, take 1mg every hour or every 2 hours until the symptoms are relieved, usually no more than 6mg, and maintain 0.5-1mg/day after relief.
