Rehabilitation experience of femoral neck fracture

The rehabilitation of femoral neck fracture should go through the following stages: the first stage is the early stage of femoral neck fracture, when bed rest is needed, some blood circulation and blood stasis, tendon relaxation and even pain relief drugs are given, and then surgery is needed after the perfect preoperative examination. The second stage, the surgery stage, because most of the femoral neck fractures need to be operated, whether displaced or not, in order to prevent late necrosis of the bone, most of them need to be fixed, usually with three nails or gamma nails, F nails and so on. The third stage, after surgery, is two weeks after surgery, at this time, the wound stitches should be removed, bed rest, avoid strenuous exercise, and do not get out of bed. The fourth stage, which is 4-6 weeks after surgery, is also bed rest, do not exercise strenuously, and do not get out of bed, and only get out of bed with crutches if necessary. In the fifth stage, that is, 6-8 weeks, the fracture is basically stable, then you can get out of bed on crutches, but do not put weight on the affected limb, and after 3 months, you can gradually put weight on a single crutch, and after half a year, you can remove the crutches for activities.
