II. Intraoperative cooperation
1.Please relax and don’t be nervous during the surgery. The surgery is performed under surface anesthesia, which is not painful and takes only about ten minutes.
2. Both eyes must be open or closed at the same time during the operation, squeezing and turning of the eyeballs are strictly prohibited.
3.Both eyes look at the light (laser coaxial light) at the same time to ensure the surgical effect.
4.Listen to the physician’s instructions, relax, and have music to accompany you during the operation.
III. Postoperative medication and review
1. Wear black protective glasses for 1 day after surgery, and from the next day onwards, it is not necessary to wear them indoors or under normal light; the protective glasses with elastic band should be worn at night when sleeping, and should be worn for 15 days.
2.The day after surgery, there will be card, pain, tearing, photophobia, etc., which will gradually reduce and disappear after 2-4 hours, if you can’t tolerate it, you can take one pain relief tablet after meal (Sanli pain), if the pain is not relieved and progressively aggravated, please contact the doctor.
3, 2 hours after surgery, start to order antibiotic eye solution and artificial tears, once every 2 hours until sleep.
4.Please be sure to review on time the day after surgery and take other post-operative eye medication, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the doctor division.
5.When you order the medicine, please break the lower eyelid and order the medicine into the lower conjunctival sac, between the medicine and the medicine, please interval 3-5 minutes, in principle, please order the eye solution first and the gel last.

IV. Post-operative precautions
1.The next day after surgery, you can use your eyes normally, work and study.
2.A week after surgery, please avoid rubbing your eyes when washing your face, and vigorous rubbing of eyes is strictly prohibited within three months after surgery.
3.No swimming, basketball, soccer, tennis and other sports that are easy to hit the eyes are prohibited for three months after surgery, and no eye makeup for girls in January and no eye beauty treatment in March.
4.Please avoid driving at night for 1-3 months after surgery.
5.You can wash your hair for three days after surgery. If water enters your eyes, please order one drop of antibiotic eye solution.
6, no special restrictions on diet after surgery, please try to eat less spicy and stimulating food, less smoking and drinking in the first week.
7.Please cultivate good eye habits after surgery. Please take a proper rest after 30-40 minutes of work, study or computer use, or order artificial tears.
V. Post-operative recovery
In most cases, it will take 1-4 weeks, and for a few patients and older patients, it will take 3 months or even half a year.
2. The recovery of vision in the left and right eyes after surgery may not be synchronized.
3.The vision will fluctuate slightly from 3 months to 6 months after surgery, and gradually stabilize after one year.
4.Some patients will experience glare and halos after surgery, and their vision will be better in the daytime and when the light is strong than in the evening and when the light is weak.
