The concept of minimally invasive surgery

Minimally invasive surgery is a method, a technique, and a concept, that is, it is necessary to have this concept in the whole process of surgical treatment. Pre-operative skin preparation should not be too extensive and not too early, fasting time should be as short as possible, and gastric and urinary catheters should not be inserted if possible. After the operation, the gastric tube and urinary catheter should be removed as early as possible, food should be eaten as early as possible, and postoperative pain relief should be provided. At present, most people know the minimally invasive surgical method is intraoperative, and the most common method is to operate via endoscopy and laparoscopy.
