Nasopharyngeal cancer t2n2mo is several stages

T2 refers to nasopharyngeal cancer that invades the parapharyngeal tissues but not the cranial nerves and sinuses, N2 refers to nasopharyngeal cancer patients with lymph node metastasis in the neck, which can be single or multiple lymph nodes on the same side, usually larger than 3 cm but less than 6 cm. For example, there is no metastasis in the skull, lung, liver, bone and other parts of the body. For stage III nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the clinical efficacy is not particularly good, and it belongs to middle and advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma. For this kind of nasopharyngeal cancer, it is recommended to go to medical oncology department for comprehensive treatment such as radiotherapy as soon as possible to avoid repeated expansion of nasopharyngeal cancer, invasion of more tissues or further severe stage.
