Where is the location of costochondritis

Regarding the location of costochondritis, there are generally three types of costochondritis, as follows: first, in the case of infectious costochondritis, it is related to the site of trauma and to the site of surgery on the chest, and generally the infection is produced by bacteria right through the site of trauma or surgery, in which case there is usually a local bacterial infection right at the site of injury and surgery, and then it expands from there. Second, in the case of tuberculous or other typhoid, non-surgical chondritis, there is a relationship with the site of bacterial invasion and the site of origin of the tuberculosis. Third, in the case of non-specific chondritis, the condition is not caused by bacterial infection, but by other causes, such as exertion, trauma or other colds, coughs, etc. In this case, it occurs in the 2-4 position of the ribs, usually in the 2nd rib, and is more common in women. This is a painful condition, sometimes there is a lump in the cartilage of the second rib, there may be a cough, there may be swelling, pressure pain, this situation needs to go to the regular hospital to check clearly, and then the symptomatic treatment is better.
