The chest CT is reviewed 7-10 days after pneumonia treatment. Pneumonia is mostly caused by bacterial infection or viral infection and requires the application of antibiotics or antiviral drugs for treatment. Antibiotics are usually used for 3 days first, and if the symptoms of pneumonia, such as fever, cough, sputum, chest pain, shortness of breath, etc., improve, it generally indicates that the antibiotic treatment is effective and the original regimen can be continued. In the case of fever, infusion is generally recommended and can be changed to oral antibiotic treatment after 72 hours of normal body temperature, while the treatment of viral pneumonia may take longer.
